What’s in my bag?
As someone who’s chronically online, I have seen my fair share of blog posts and videos. I‘m nosy and find it fascinating to see the items that people carry. Since I constantly change bags from time to time, most of the content is the same for my everyday bag. I’m a heavy advocate for big bags. I have no shame in carrying my life in my bag. Since I’m just very Type A and like to be prepared for everything, especially since I’m always on the go and travel for work.
Lately, I have been a big fan of bum bags and totes. What exactly is in my bag? Let’s See……
A peek inside my purse?
1. Keys and wallet: You know the things you need to leave your home. I have a cardholder wallet with my everyday cards.
2. A face mask (yes, COVID is still a thing, and I work with children). I prefer to keep a box of disposable masks in my car, but I have a soft reusable one in my bag. I really enjoy it. having a reusable one on hand because it’s soft on my face and washable.
3. Sunglasses: I keep a pair on me when I’m wearing contacts.
4. Notebook + Pen: My brain is scattered, and it’s hard for me to focus on one thing. I have a habit of brain-dumping to get my thoughts out.
5. Ear Buds: I keep wired Apple headphones for when my EarPods die while out. Other times, I forget that I left an earbud somewhere in my apartment. So having extra is always good.

6. Face Mask: Yes, COVID is still a thing, and I work with children. I prefer to keep a box of disposable masks in my car, but I have a soft reusable one in my bag. I really enjoy it. Having a reusable one on hand because it’s soft on my face and washable.
7. Lip Balm/Pump Gloss: Lipstick tends to not stay on me due to me consistently drinking coffee and water all day. Instead, my go to is Fenty heat gloss or Bum Beach Balm. Lip Liner and gloss go a long way.
8. Facial Spray: My skin gets really dry, especially in the winter. I found facial sprays to freshen throughout the day. I keep a facial spray with me and spritz myself when I feel a little dry.
9. Tide-To-Go: I keep a tide to go pen in my car. I also have a wipe or two in my purse, just in case. I’m really clumsy and messy. It’s rare to see me in a white shirt because there’s a 95% chance I’m spilling my coffee while driving to work.
10. Mints: I’m a mint girly. Every time I go to Trader Joe’s, I grab a pack. I also buy Simply Mints by bulk to save money.
11. Hand sanitizer + Poo-Purie: essential items when working in the office or in a public setting.
12. Lens Cleaning Wipes or Contact Case: On days when I’m not wearing my contacts, lens wipes are needed. I buy them in bulk on Amazon.
13. Hair Ties/ Bobby Pins: Just In case I need to fix my hair when I’m out
14. Pantyliner: They are small, and you never know when mother nature decides to pay you a visit.
15. Mini Aquaphor: A must-have in my daily life great for lips, hands, and body.
Most of my bags are functional for me to carry my iPad/laptop since I spend most of my days at coffee shops.
