Spring Reset

From Decluttering to Goal-Setting: How to Kickstart Your Spring Transformation

A Sign Spring is Here: Japanese Blossom Trees

My favorite season is here, and it’s time to hit the reset button! After months of seasonal depression from being cooped up indoors, the time has come to bathe in the sun.  If you are ready to get out of the winter blues, don’t worry- I got you covered!

SPRING RESET

Revamp the Wardrobe for Spring

Time to pull out the warm clothes and pack away the long sleeves and sweaters. I spend time saying goodbye to my winter clothes and donate anything that I know I will not wear the next winter season. Also, it gives me an excuse to buy new pieces for my spring capsule.

Declutter the Apartment

Nothing makes me feel better than a deep clean of my space. It’s the best way to give yourself a fresh start and declutter. I usually start slow and declutter my clothes to get ready for the new seasons, then my car, and my apartment. Afterward,my I feel free and more focused.

Celebrate Patio Season

Spring means the restaurants are setting up the outdoor furniture for you to wine and dine. Have your next brunch or happy hour basking in the sun.

Revamp on Self-Care

Self-care is not just about face sheet masks, bubble baths, and hair (although those are great too. Reevaluate your healthy habits during this time.  Make sure you’re getting enough sleep, drinking enough water, eating enough, and taking breaks when needed. I make sure I get some type of PTO in or review my calendar to see when I can go on a mini vacation.

Set Second Quarter Goals

New Season, New Goals I usually review my first-quarter goals and set new ones. Maybe learn a new skill or take up a new hobby. If I haven’t accomplished my 1st quarter goals, I will reevaluate to see where I can improve.
