I’m not a morning person, so usually, I’m rushing out the door and can’t make breakfast. I find that meal prepping the night before is a great way to make sure I have more than just coffee in my system to start my day. Chia pudding is an easy meal and can be prepared with only three ingredients.
Ingredients Needed:
- Chai Seed
- Milk Of Your Choice (I like oat milk)
- Honey
- Fruit (optional)
HOW TO MAKE CHIA PUDDING
Add ½ cup of oat (your milk of choice) to a jar and sprinkle in 2 tsp of chia seed. I’m a fan of non-dairy. You can play around with the ratio to find the consistency that you like.
After stirring the milk and seeds together for 2 minutes, drizzle in honey or sweetener of choice.
Stir again until all the chia seeds have been distributed evenly into the milk. There shouldn’t be any clumps left. Wait about 15 minutes and give it one more last stir.
Cover and refrigerate the pudding for at least 1 hour or for best results overnight.
You can add fruit as a topping or granola for flavoring.
Chia pudding is perfect to make ahead and can last a week in the fridge.
