Let Me Guide You through Creating the Perfect Shrimp Garlic with Homemade Garlic Sauce"
I'm constantly on the lookout for new and fascinating recipes to share. Shrimp garlic with garlic sauce is one of my personal faves. It's a recipe that's simple to prepare, flavorful, and easy to make even if you’re just cooking for one.
Ingredients
- 1IB of Large Shrimp, Peeled and deveined
- Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- ¼ of white wine
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley (garnish)
Shrimp With Garlic Sauce
1. Heat in a large skillet over medium-high heat the olive oil, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Don’t burn the garlic
2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink. Flip after 2 minutes to cook on both sides. Remove the shrimp is pink and fully cooked. Be careful to not overcook the shrimp.
3. Use the white wine to deglaze the skillet.
4. Reduce the heat to low and add butter to the skillet. Stir until the butter is melted and combined.
5. Add the shrimp back into the skillet with the sauce. You should stir and coat the shrimp with the sauce
6. Season with salt and pepper or any seasoning you prefer.
7. Garnish with parsley
Note: As a side, I usually make green beans or rice to go with the shrimp.
